HOW TO SEND A CASE
Manual Impression Instructions
While we embrace digital dentistry, we continue to accept manual dental impressions for our denture services; kindly follow the outlined steps for submitting your impressions.
STEP 1
Initiate a pickup by either making an online booking below or feel free to contact us at 07 3273 8827.
STEP 2
Please ensure that your manual impressions and models are securely packaged in a box, with our company name and address clearly labeled, and a copy of our lab card enclosed to have it ready for collection.
STEP 3
If your clinic is located within 8km of our Coopers Plains laboratory, we will personally pick up your case. Alternatively, we will arrange for our preferred couriers to collect and deliver your case to our lab.
STEP 4
Once we receive your job, we will commence processing it and ensure its return to you as per your specified finishing date.

How do I arrange a case pick-up?
You can schedule a pickup by either making a Request A Pick Up on our website or contacting us at 07 3273 8827.
For clinics located outside of 8 km of our Coopers Plains laboratory, we will arrange for our preferred courier for collection.
How long does it take to complete a dental case?
Our turnaround time is typically around 8 to 12 in-lab days, depending on the type of restoration and complexity of the case. For detailed information, please contact us, and we will send you a copy of our price and services list.
