You can schedule a pickup by either making a Request A Pick Up on our website or contacting us at 07 3273 8827. For clinics located within 8 km of our Coopers Plains laboratory, we will personally pick up your case. Otherwise, we will arrange for our preferred courier to collect the case from your clinic.

No, we offer complimentary pickup and return delivery services.

Yes, we can receive and process scans from all major intraoral scanners such as Sirona CEREC®, 3Shape TRIOS®, Carestream, iTero, Medit as well as any systems producing digital impressions in STL open format. Please refer to the “How to Send a Case” page for our account details.

Our turnaround time is typically around 8 to 12 in-lab days, depending on the type of restoration and complexity of the case. For detailed information, please contact us, and we will send you a copy of our price and services list.

Yes, we offer express services with a 6 in-lab days turnaround time for urgent cases, subject to additional charges.

Yes, you can schedule a visit to our advanced facility and witness our state-of-the-art operations in person.
