Fabrication options
IPS e.max® offers two fabrication options: pressed and milled restorations, both harnessing the exceptional properties of this outstanding material.
Pressed IPS e.max® restorations, in particular, offer increased versatility and potentially superior aesthetics in fine anterior work. Unlike milling, the pressing process eliminates limitations posed by bur access, milling strategies, prep undercuts, and the material-cutting ability of burs.
This casting-like approach ensures unparalleled precision and flexibility, making pressed IPS e.max® an ideal choice for anterior cases with fine margins and high aesthetic demands.
Moreover, these restorations can be seamlessly layered with ceramics, achieving truly spectacular aesthetic results.

How do I arrange a case pick-up?
You can schedule a pickup by either making a Request A Pick Up on our website or contacting us at 07 3273 8827.
For clinics located outside of 8 km of our Coopers Plains laboratory, we will arrange for our preferred courier for collection.
How long does it take to complete a dental case?
Our turnaround time is typically around 8 to 12 in-lab days, depending on the type of restoration and complexity of the case. For detailed information, please contact us, and we will send you a copy of our price and services list.
